Metung is the perfect place to experience kiteboarding - with consistent winds in spring and summer, calm waters, and stunning views over the Gippsland Lakes. Our main training spot, Tambo Bay, offers waist-deep flat water and steady winds - an ideal setup for learning safely and progressing fast.
Kiteboarding lessons
Taster Session – $120 (1.5 hrs)
Perfect if you want to try kiteboarding for the first time. Covers kite setup, safety, and flying on land/water.
Beginner Package – $330 (3 hrs)
Learn to launch, ride, and get your first rides on the board. Includes all gear and support. Needs to be completed in one day.
Progression Pack – $600 (6 hrs)
Build confidence and work on transitions, staying upwind, and basic jumps. Can be completed in one day or spread out over 2 days.
