Who We Are

Hi, we’re Rudy and Liz — the duo behind Experience Metung.

We’re a locally based holiday property management and experiences business in Metung, Victoria.

We manage and operate a portfolio of short-stay homes, including Boardwalk Villas Metung, with a focus on guest experience, property performance, and consistent hospitality standards.

After moving to Metung and becoming part of the community, we saw the opportunity to combine hands-on hospitality with a more thoughtful, locally driven approach to short-stay accommodation in the region.

Alongside property management, we also share and support local experiences that reflect what makes Metung such a unique place to stay.

We’re not a large company, and that’s the point. We work closely with our guests, property owners, and local partners to deliver a personal, high-standard experience.
